Tough and Gluey
After following the package directions, the noodles were tough to chew and very gluey in texture; stuck to my teeth. Next time, I will try pre-soaking uncooked noodles in cold water for 20 minutes before boilng, as recommended by generic directions found online for cooking rice noodles.

Thick rice noodles
These noodles taste great! They're nice and thick and chewy, they go great in stir fry, chow mein, etc. Easy to cook, and they do a decent job of soaking up the flavors of the ingredients you cook them with too!
