Is it broad spectrum?

It says it is on the back. It says broad-spectrum protection to the bend against UVA/UVB and environmental damage from actually flawless complexion. I personally have used two of these bottles now I absolutely love it! It smells good, is enough moisture but is also light enough see your skin doesn't feel greasy, and it just makes your skin glow. I am not ever going to use another Lotion!

Is this heavyweight or light on the skin for daily use?

Light on the skin for daily use.

Does this product have alcohol in it?

Yes — this product contains Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol and Phenethyl Alcohol. • Cetyl Alcohol: Derived from coconut oil; thickener, surfactant and emulsifier • Phenethyl Alcohol: Derived from a variety of essential oils, including rose, carnation, and geranium; a common ingredient in flavors and perfumery; antimicrobial properties; preservative stability compatible with personal care products. • Stearyl Alcohol: Derived from vegetable fatty acids; acts as a lubricant on the skin surface, which gives the skin a soft, smooth appearance. We hope this information helps! Kindly, Andalou Naturals

Will this leave a white cast on darker skin tones?

I doubt it. It is thick, but absorbs well. However I will be honest...I will never use this brand again. My eyebrows and eyelashes began thinning and falling out altogether. I could not figure out why. Thought long and hard about what I was doing differently. The only product I changed was the face cream. Don’t you know it, I stopped using it and my eyebrows are mostly back. My eyelashes are taking much longer
