I bought these replacements for the stick and buttons in my Mayflash F300. The joystick is a significant improvement and has made playing Tekken 8 much more enjoyable. The buttons are also more responsive, but not as much of a change as I had hoped.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose Sanwa because of the quality and wire harness type .

Well even thou the buttons and the stick are exelent quality, I still suck at street fighter T.T Jokes aside... I got this to upgrade my mayflash 300 so I will compare the components on the review. Buttons: so the mayflash OG buttons are good, they work fine and are durable enough, but they are too clackity, plastiky an loud, so loud that I had to do the foam mod and still were loud. Sanwa are better in every way with a noticeable difference. They are made of polymer (ABS), the switch is more smooth, smoochy and returns a little faster and has travel to react. 2. The lever: Mayflash leverworks. I cant say that is good, since it has a lot of play but is well made, cables are soldered to the stick. Sanwa lever is a beast... Has 0 play making it a little stiff to action the switches, it comes with a 5 pin port to connect it to the board which is awesome, but if you want to make some soldering a cable for that is included. The bad and the ugly: There are 3 reasons that I removed a star. 1 The description states that you can use it 4 way or 8 way, but the 8 way gate is not included. 2 the packaging was lame, they just throw the buttons on the box where the stick is, 4 button had a pin bend. An finally, sanwa please add the 5 pin cable, most of the people dont know soldering and if they knew and want to do it they can just cut the cable, I actually cant use the stick because of this. I went to all electronic stores in my area and they dont have this cable. Even thou it was a good purchase, if you want to upgrade I can't think in a better brand that sanwa. But if you are new and want to pla with an fighting stick, bet on the mayflash 300/500 elite that already has these parts instaled and safe the trouble.

The sanwa buttons are smooth to the press, even while resting fingers, it doesn't take much pressure to activate the switches. They feel very nice. The joystick controls precisely in all directions.

For very little difference in cost I ugraded to Sanwa parts vs buying the elite version of the F300. The F101 has no elite version. I got to choose the colors. I'm very happy with the kit. Do your homework. You may want to buy a 5 pin to 5 pin harness if you don't want to solder the provided harness to your board!

Change my stick and buttons with it. Feels pretty good compared to the worn stick and buttons it used to have.

Super stick pour améliorer mon mayflash f300 et me mettre à tekken. Rien a dire sur la qualité, le packaging fait une peu de la peine, tout dans la même boîte en vrac. Il n’y a pas de connecteur 5 broche, qui ne se vend que par lot sur Amazon mais si vous bricolez un peu c’est très simple de faire quelque chose de fonctionnel. Les boutons sont aussi très bien.

Bought this and an extra 8 pack of buttons from the same seller (Wish technology). I was genuinely surprised to get authentic Sanwa hardware as my usual go-to for buying arcade parts had been sold out for a long time due to the pandemic. Package arrived much earlier than expected and the parts work exactly as you would expect from Sanwa. Only issue is the joystick might not have been lubricated enough but that's an easy enough fix.

These were a great upgrade for my 8bitdo arcade stick. They make the stick feel like a real arcade machine for a fraction of the price. Really easy to fit, took no more than 30 minutes. It's great to be able to switch the gate between 4 and 8 way for different games (you do have to open the system up to do this). I've been tempted to keep one in 4-way and a separate one in 8-way, as I like to play a lot of old arcade games. The click on the buttons is really satisfying and the accuracy of the stick is perfect.
