Simple idea that works perfectly. You just put it in the freezer for an hour or so, or leave it in there until you need it. It wraps around the neck (or other body part) and ties how you want it. I was expecting it to have velcro which wold have been better, but the material sort of binds to itself slightly when you tie it (even quite loosely) so it stays tied. I use it when I get too hot in the summer and it really does have an instant cooling effect which seems to spread through the body and reduce your temperature. I use it on my neck so that it's over the jugular veins and the blood is cooled whilst circulating under the freeeeezeing ice pack. don't know if this is scientific, but it seems to make sense. Ice packs need to be rehydrated initially by soaking for 3 minutes or so in a bowl of cold water, or running under the cold tap. The gel in the packs expands greatly and don't leak water when they're defrosting. I bought some extra gel packs to keep in the freezer so I can have one on recharge whilst I'm wearing one. Recommended 100%!

Nach dem Einfrieren befinden sich in der Kompresse 6 knallharte Kugeln. Nicht wirklich angenehm zu tragen. Das geht deutlich besser.

Didn't really do the job

I wanted this help when playing Pickle ball out in the summer heat. The one that it needed was a way to attach the straps so it doesn't fall off . I'm going to attach some velcro to them and hopefully that will solve the problem. But it would have been nice if it was made that way.
