I will continue the search for a better quality product. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Très bon *by A***N on 26 June 2023* La qualité ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality product *by M***L on 24 May 2026* Good quality ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recensione rivista dopo un anno e 4 mesi - da 4* a 5*. *by M***E on 6 July 2020* Avevo già inviato una recensione positiva (4*) immediatamente dopo l'acquisto, nel marzo 2019, ma - avendo usato questi colori tra ieri e oggi, 6 luglio 2020, e avendo nel frattempo testato altre opzioni presenti sul mercato ho deciso di riscriverla perché ho scoperto che questi colori sono di molto superiori a quanto mi erano sembrati un anno fa. Premettendo che, come già scritto un anno e mezzo fa, essi corrispondono ESATTAMENTE alla descrizione del venditore, che consiglio di leggere accuratamente prima dell'acquisto per essere certi di comprenderne le caratteristiche e valutare correttamente se sono adatti all'uso che avete in mente, dal canto mio ieri, dopo averli messi via l'anno scorso in attesa dell'ispirazione, ho deciso di usarli perché, dopo aver per errore candeggiato con i bianchi un bel lenzuolo di cotone fiorato, la stampa aveva perso quella bella vivacità floreale. E ho così potuto constatare che: 1. Dopo più di un anno dall'uso precedente questi pennarelli sono perfettamente umidi e pigmentati. Come avevo già riportato l'anno scorso: 2. i colori sono vivaci e reggono bene al lavaggio a 30°, come indicato dalla descrizione. In verità anche a temperature superiori, come preciserò sotto. 3. Non è necessario stirare, quindi sono adatti all'uso anche su capi sintetici o che in generale mal tollerano il calore del ferro. Questo è un vantaggio non da poco: tra i colori da tessuto che ho provato, gli Zenacolor sono GLI UNICI ad avere questa importantissima caratteristica. 4. Oggi ho scoperto che NON FANNO SPESSORE sul tessuto e non lo irrigidiscono, neanche se usati come riempimento e neanche se usati in più strati (ovviamente sconsiglierei delle 'croste'. Io li ho utilizzati anche per riempire i petali dei fiori e tratteggiare sfumature simili). Questo è assai importante e, anche per questa caratteristica, al momento non ho trovato altri colori da tessuto che si comportino così. Ho appena testato due dei pennarelli da tessuto Arteza, ricevuti oggi e ordinati per la più ampia gamma cromatica (10 nuances in più rispetto agli Zenacolor) ma, anche solo effettuando un piccolo riempimento (pallino) per il test, il colore Arteza risulta in un'immediato irrigidimento del tessuto e ruvidità al tatto, cosa indesiderabile e che probabilmente me li farà rendere, in quanto li rende accettabili per colorare scarpe di tela o simili ma non per capi d'abbigliamento. Non v'è assolutamente paragone con gli Zenacolor,che dopo questa avventura con il rinnovamento del lenzuolo mi sembrano perfetti. Però vorrei avere a disposizione una maggior gamma cromatica. 5. Sono EFFETTIVAMENTE resistenti ai lavaggi. Lo scampolo di cotone bianco su cui avevo effettuato il test l'anno scorso è stato lavato più volte a 60* con altri scampoli di stoffa bianchi di uso simile, e la saturazione è rimasta praticamente identica. 6. Sono resistenti nel tempo, sia sul tessuto che come colori: constatare, dopo un anno e mezzo, che i pennarelli sono pronti all'uso e saturi come quando li avevo usati un anno fa (tranne per i tre colori che erano asciutti già allora e a causa dei quali il venditore aveva offerto una sostituzione: ieri ho deciso di provare il tutto per tutto e rianimarli con qualche goccia d'acqua, e ora funzionano!) mi ha davvero impressionata. 7. questo era per me, l'anno scorso, un punto a svantaggio. Tra ieri e oggi ho constatato che così non è. La punta di questi colori è la classica punta di pennarello, lievemente rigida, e mentre scorre tende a portare via un po' di filamenti. Questo è il motivo per cui sulla punta si formerà un filo di lanugine. Questo l'anno scorso mi aveva dissuasa dall'usare questi pennarelli per personalizzare articoli di seta o fibre delicate, che temevo si sarebbero graffiate; infatti nella recensione ne avevo sconsigliato l'utilizzo a chi, come me, stesse personalizzando capi delicati. Ma mi stavo sbagliando. Mentre lavorato sulle lenzuola mi sono accorta che usando il telaio da ricamo così da tendere bene il tessuto è possibile controllare la pressione della punta e tracciare delle linee anche molto sottili e delicate ma sempre sature e definite. Posso anche riempire usando la punta in modo diverso, senza danneggiare i tessuti delicati. Insomma sono felicissima di averli avuti in casa quando mi servivano. Il fatto che il venditore sia super-affidabile (ho constatato l'anno scorso che garantisce un'assistenza totale anche dopo l'acquisto, con un'affidabilità e un'attenzione verso il cliente veramente esemplari) è la ciliegia su una già ricca torta. In definitiva, sopratutto visto il rapporto qualità-prezzo, li consiglio assolutamente. Ciò detto, sono graditi suggerimenti per quanto riguarda il completamento della gamma cromatica. Se dopo aver letto pensate di potermi consigliare un set di colori che completi la gamma offerta da questo set e con qualità altrettanto positive, fatelo assolutamente, grazie! Per quanto per me l'ideale sarebbe che questo produttore la ampliasse ad almeno 36. Aggiornamento bis: li ho usato di nuovo ad agosto 2023 e funzionano ancora!! La stessa scatola, stessi colori!
