Tasty sweet ginger
It is packed in an air tight container and once opened can be closed with the additional plastic cap provided. Sweet ginger is tasty and soft (not too dry). I bought this to add with the dry fruit mix preparation for plum cake. While grinding in a mixer, the smell of ginger filled the kitchen. One of the containers I am using as mouth freshener after meals. It's very tasty and soft while chewing.
