As good as the "real thing", but they run a bit hot.
Works just as good as the "real thing" for a fraction of the price. I have a few dozen of these in production and haven't had any failures or errors on any of my links. Beware, they run considerably hotter than their genuine Cisco counterpart. My Cisco GLC-T's run at room temperature while these run at least 100F.
