is the chicken stock made by hand slaughterd chicken according to islamic laws or is it machine slaughtered?

This version is VEGETARIAN! There is no chicken in it at all. If you buy it in a muslim country, it contains real chicken but the version they export does NOT.

What is the current expiration date?

As of 10/2022, our stock carries an expiration date of 05/2023, so about half a year.

When is the expiration date?

Our current batch carries a date of 10/2020. Some leftover from the previous batch may have a date of 08/2020 or 09/2020.

Is this product gluten free?

I do not know, however on the box it advises to call 1-800-258-6727 with any questions or to visit the Nestleusa.com website. We have been using this product for 40 years.

Loved it!

Yummy flavor, gives an amazing taste when added to any curry or even noodles. It has a little salt in it so make sure how much one needs salt (instead of using salt all at once, keep it half and add this stock a little to give a proper taste). I loved it, as it is said depends on ones taste.

Worth The Price

Slightly less flavor (I believe this is lesser salt than original stock) than when I used to buy maggi chicken stock in Dubai... but nevertheless still good and worth the price.Packaging was proper and all cubes/boxes were fresh/new unlike some other reviews.

Very Usefull

Every small pack contains two cube. You can make chicken broth instantly without any hussle of boiling chicken bone. Can also be used as a taste enhancer. You can add it to your gravey to improve the taste. Very useful in preparing chinese gavies.
