This is working for Indian skin ....

Not working on Indian skin. Used for 6-7 weeks but no result found on hair removal on face

Do we have to apply anything before and after using the product?

It's not important to use spectacles while using the device only take care few points like when using on face treat it on cheeks, jaws, upper lip, neck and chin , don't use beyond that area like near the eyes

Is it meant only for black hair

Darker the color of hair the better it would work. I doubt that it would work for white hair though.
