I’ve only started taking these today, so it’s too early to see full results, but I like the combination of vitamins C, D and zinc for immune support - exactly what I was looking for while recovering.The capsules are easy to swallow and the bottle comes sealed and well-packaged. I also appreciate that it includes 180 vegetarian capsules, which is great value for money.So far, everything looks good. I’ll continue taking them daily and hopefully feel better soon.

I've been taking these vitamins for a while now, and I've got to say, they seem to be doing the trick - I haven't caught anything since starting them, which is great, especially during winter months. They're pretty big capsules, but that's not too much of an issue for me. The best part is that they contain vitamin C, zinc, and vitamin D, all of which are supposed to help boost your immunity.

What a great idea to combine these ingredients!I'm a great believer in ensuring large doses of vitamin C as not all is absorbed in tablet form & we need to replenish it daily as it cannot be stored in the body. (I also take liposomal C)Vitamin D is also necessary as it also, like C, plays an important part in boosting the immune system as well as bone health & other things. Remember, though, to take vitamin K with D as this aids efficacy. I take NU U's vitamin K daily.The product arrived very quickly & I got a free vitamin K with it.I am very pleased with this company as they are consistent in quality, service, variety & offers. Always highly recommended. 🎯

Received these todayI open d them and took a dose then noticed that the best before date is Dec 202290 days supply and today is 17/10 so that’s 76 days until the expiry date. If I hadn’t already opened them I would have returned them. They are very big and I did not find them easy to swallow
