My hair is looking strong and has stopped falling out as much.It's a nice, not-so-thick consistency that dissolves well on the head, and you can feel it on your scalp. What the shampoo does do is strengthens the hair you do have, and hopefully prevent further hair loss, whether or not it can even do this is anyone's guess. There are to many physical and health issues that cause hair loss to tell if this product would be effective. It does not take a lot, and I would not expect it to foam up like some other shampoos, having said this. It does leave hair feeling clean and soft. For the money, if it indeed works as a DHT-3 blocker, it is a good value. Most shampoos with this formula cost 10-15 dollars more.
