This stockpot looks great, and works extremely well on my portable induction plate. I have used this extensively for about 6 months, and the outside is perfect and shiny, and the inside remains easy to clean and does not burn. This arrived very well packaged, and was in perfect condition. The glass lid fits very well, and has a small vent hole. I do however sometimes put some duct tape over the vent hole, for example, if i am sweating onions very slowly. This is a perfect size for making 4+ quarts of soup or stew. So we have one quart the day I make, a second a couple days later, and 2 quarts for the freezer. I also use it to make stocks and broths, and again, I can make about 4+ quarts at a time. I have asked my family to get me the 15 quart version of this stockpot so I can make more stock at one time. I have only great things to say about this pot. I would recommend it to anyone, especially if you do induction cooking. I am making beef bone broth today. I brwoned the meat, put it in the pot, covered it, and its on my picnic table simmering for 12 hours!! Works perfectly.

Omg you can cook so many things with this pot!! So durable. The cooking capacity is just PERFECT. I bought the 19qt because I feed the homeless but I'll be using it for myself as well to freeze soups stews and chilli. I've used it 6 times so far and it's sooo easy to clean. I even left that acidic stuck on chili residue over night cause I just didn't feel like cleaning up. Baking soda and white vinager really does do the trick. And I have been cooking with non stick for decades lol. Always worried about how or when the coating comes off that I'm eating it. Our serving it to others. Cancer survivor.ugh..Oh feel so much better. THE TASTE. I swear my food.. it's even better cooked in this stainless steel. The way the pot is made is so cute with that rounded bottom. It's a big pot so it keeps out on my stove balanced and helps Alleviate some of the weight. OH I LOVE IT!!! and will be buying other sizes 🤣LMAO smaller ones. I'm hooked on nutrichef. I do Highly Recommend. By thy way. As I mentoined baking soda and white vinager does the trick for cleaning it. Just follow the directions provided with your cookwear. And just so you know. All satinless steal gets that discoloration but it does NOT effect the performamce or safety. It does with nonstick. Believe me this is the way to go. Happy Shopping

This 8-quart stock pot is the perfect size for my soups. It feels sturdy, and the handles provide a secure grip. The lid fits well. The volume markings on the inside are very convenient. Great quality for the price—I would definitely recommend it.

I needed a new stock pot for my new induction stove and highly recommend the NutriChef 19 quart. It's solid, very well-made and induction ready and the price was reasonable.

It looks good. Nice heavy bottom. Nice glass lid. Marked inside to show level of contents. No way it holds 6 quarts though. It will hold a full 5 so it will work.

My 8 Qt pot from another brand is good, but I'm always filling to the brim while following stew and soup recipes. Always seemed to make a mess as a result. Still like the old pot but wondered if a bigger pot was available. Well of course there is. The Nutrichef is stainless steel and looks amazing. I suppose I could fill this one up to if I went crazy. I'm sure it will do what I want. Instructions tell you how to avoid warping the bottom and recommends heat no higher than medium. Usually you are cooking for a long period of time anyway so should not be a problem. I think I'm going to like this little (large actually) gem. It comes with a glass lid so no need to peek-a-boo the contents.

Is it possible to love a pot? Why, yes it is! It's got heft, beauty & functionality. Cleans so easy, holds heaps of product & I've yet to have anything stick or burn. Doesn't need high heat to maintain temps. Just start at medium & adjust as needed. I'm planning to get the other sizes as soon as the kiddo's ask for my birthday wish! ;)

Good pot, hight quality and thick wands and bottom. Heavy enough, will serve me still for many years. Is good for a big family, healthy material. I am satisfied with my purchase!

This is exactly the kind of the cooker I was looking for. I decided to invest in bit of expensive cook because: - it is large enough, I wont have to prepare my soup everyday - it is made of stainless steel 18/8, whist is the least risky to get rust - has transparent lid, so I have control and keep the boiling to the minimum - the bottom is 23 cm [while the body is wider] so that the contact will be exact and no risk of bottom to deform - oval bottom on the inside, so the food wont hide in the corner and will be easy to spread, less risk of burning and sticking - sealed joint on the handles I already did cook my first soup.
