No. It has two d rings on front. It has no d ring on back.

Does this vest have a inside/outside rear pocket?

Yes. Very large rear zippered mesh pocket that covers the entire back area.

Do the men's vest vests have US zipper configuration?

I can't remember this vest I might have given it to my son. I have purchased two Autumn Ridge vests, one large and another extra large to wear over a jacket. I would give the Autumn Ridge only a "C" rating, although I thought it was the best I could find. I could redesign it and really make a good vest out of it but don't really wish to take the time unless they were receptive. The zipper is undersize and separates too easily. The expandable pockets are excellent. Don't need the open/roll up back. Almost too many pockets, don't need them all, I'm always looking for something! I certainly would like to find the "ideal" vest. If I found the ideal vest I would most likely buy it! I virtually wear it all the time—call it a "Man-purse", keys, wallet, telephone, packing, ear plugs, etc. jlw
