Pleadings Without Tears: A Guide to Legal Drafting Under the Civil Procedure Rules

A brilliant supplementary book to go along the Civil Procedure Rules. Great for students and as refresher material for practicing practitioners alike. However I have found 1 misprint on page 358 (there may be more) where the footnote has been duplicated in the main body text.

Really great resource. Gives practical yet insightful advice. Keep in mind that many of the references are based in English law but useful.

Wanted the latest edition of "Pleadings Without Tears: A Guide to Legal Drafting Under the Civil Procedure Rules" - Book arrived today (man that's fast service) Book is MINT condition just as described and Im looking forward to reading it

I have been drafting pleading for over 30 years but still found this an interesting read.
