Works great!
Great for super dry cracked heels. I use this the second I get out of the shower and then I put on ankle length pantyhose so it doesn't get everywhere. In the morning I have soft moisturized feet.

Softens calluses immediately! Good, strong product
I bought this to treat fungus under my big toenail, research suggests that this type of product might allow tea tree oil, etc., to better permeate the nail. I won’t likely know how well it works because I’m using so many approaches at the same time: urea, tea tree oil, ozonated sunflower oil, Imperial Feet, vinegar, baking soda and ingesting olive leaf extract, heat (blow dryer), ozone, and a blue light/“laser” device. And onychomycosis is not only notoriously hard to treat, but hard to know what is happening during treatment. However, I applied this to the calluses on the heels of my feet and noticed that they were softer immediately after the first application. The product seems loaded to the saturation point — it has many small linear crystals, which could be urea or salicylic acid. The crystals that don’t dissolve into my skin, and I’m concerned what they might do to my clothing. If I buy more urea, I’d try 40% concentration. But this seems like a very good, strong product!

It works
This cream works great. I followed the directions and within a few days I started to see a difference in that toe nail.

Crystal like shards in product.
I first bought this product in Paris and really liked it. Unfortunately there is something wrong with this batch of cream. (2) They product has crystallized and the cream has tiny shards of crystals in it making it hard to apply and messy. It's also very liquidy instead of a cream substance. The product is not past it's expiration date either. Will not order again.

Strong but runny
I like that it's 50% urea but I wish it was a cream instead a gel. It's a little hard to control and not very moisturizing.

Gamechanger. A++ for efficacy, tricky on application- 'good' different and worth it.
Writing this because other reviews mention texture- yes it says creme, but the high % of urea gives it a texture that is more like a tube of sugar scrub- not a whippy, thick uniform goo. Because the magic ingredient that works, urea, crystalizes in a high concentration. This just requires that you shake/squeeze it before applying( crystals will sound like really wet sand). It'll come out liquidy, so be gentle squeezing! I could feel some grit of crystals as I applied the creme to my feet, but didn't feel any after I put on socks( the crystals dissolve pretty quick). This % was recommended by my dr, and it worked soooooo well. I've tried every other treatment literally and this does the thing it says!!!

Formula is good but has a lot of urea crystals
I bought this product because I'm a chemist and I'd read that urea-based lotions were good for dry feet. I noticed this product had a higher concentration than some others. Unfortunately I think that's the problem. Urea is a very simple chemical also called carbamide. It's a humectant, which means that it attracts water to the skin and helps keep it there. It's been studied for a long time and it's very safe, but when formulating skin care products it tends to crystallize out at higher concentrations. (I see another reviewer thought glass shards were in the lotion. I think those might have been urea crystals.) After using this lotion, it feels like when I'm at the beach and I come out of the ocean with salty skin. As the lotion dries it leaves little pieces of crystals. The other ingredients make the formulation bind to the skin well. Normally this would be great but in this case it makes the excess crystals very difficult to brush off. This tube is well within expiration (10/24, two years) and I think it would have been a good product otherwise. I like the base formulation a lot, so I gave it three stars. I'm going to see if this manufacturer has a product with less urea. Wish it had worked out :-(

The best urea product for calluses
If you are callus-prone, you know what an ordeal it can be to keep up with them without making the problem worse. This is the ONLY urea product I have tried that actually keeps my heels soft(ish), and keeps the calluses from hurting and getting tougher faster than I can treat them. I do have to use it at least every other night, and periodically use a callus rasp (the “cheese grater” looking thing). But even though there is no permanent cure to being a “callus former,” this is the best product I have found to manage the issue.

Maravilloso
Es realmente genial, llevo a penas unos 3 días usándola y se nota la diferencia, mis pies están muy suaves, recuerden que solo va en la planta del pie no en el empeine y siempre es conveniente sellar lo con una hidratante

Ottima crema.
Arrivata subito e ben imballata. La crema la conoscevo già, per i piedi secchi è l'unica cosa che funziona.
