The patented Colby Valves are tire valves made to install from the outside of the wheel, without any tools! Our Emergency Valves offer tool-free installation from the outside of the wheel, in about 1 minute. These are .453 size, and will fit most standard valve openings, everything from riding mowers to truck tires. If you need to make a repair in the field, this is your solution! The "winged spacer" design makes the installation as easy as twisting a wingnut. Yes and No. There are different forms of TPMS. If the sensor is on the valve stem and you break the valve stem, the TPMS is probably loose in the tire cavity. In an emergency scenario, just leave it in there and use the Colby Valve Emergency Valve, which will work perfectly. It's likely that the TPMS will be no more damaged when you get home than right after it happened. If your question is whether you can connect your TPMS sensor to the Colby Valve, the answer is no. The main advantage of the Colby Valve is that it can be inserted from the outside of the wheel. TPMS sensors are far too large to fit through the valve hole in the wheel.

**Q: Will this fit my bmw r1200 gsa wheels???**
A: I'm not positive but... If the  R1200 Wheels use a standard valve stem then this should work to replace it but since it is a bike I would be cautious and only use it in an emergency as it will throw the balance up your wheel off!!!

**Q: Will this work with tpms?**
A: Yes and No. We do not offer a TPMS version of Colby Valves. A key advantage of the Colby Valve is that it can be inserted from the outside of the wheel. TPMS sensors are far too large to fit through the valve hole in the wheel...at least for now.

However, the Emergency Valve will work fine if you break a TPMS stem. It just won't read the pressure for you. There's also an option to strap your TPMS sensors to the inside of your wheel before you install our Ultimate Valves. This will allow you to use our incredible valves, while still having a fully functional TPMS system. It's an extreme move, but we have users who do this.

**Q: what keeps this nut from coming loose?**
A: The twist and air pressure. I'm a offroad pilot and this valve safe me more than once.

**Q: Will this fit ford f350 if so what size will I need.**
A: You need the size to fit your valve stem holes.  These are great when needed.
