Cute packaging
Frontier is a great brand I love this packaging! But it is a little smaller than I expected so the value is ok. Nettle has amazing health benefits. It looks good and tastes fine.

Tastes good - fast shipping!
I like it - can’t wait to see if it will help my inflammation. I do feel good today ( my knees and a carpel tunnel hand) but still a little too early to tell. Will have to report back.

It Better Work!
My herbologist friend suggested stinging nettle for its anti-inflammatory effects, and it better work because I think it tastes like dirt. She recommends putting all the nasty but healthy ingredients into one beverage that you choke down daily and then everything else seems great by comparison. I mix the nettle with green tea and oat straw, which is supposed to be a nerve tonic of sorts. I'm willing to drink this to be healthier, but I also know I need to clean up the rest of my diet, exercise and manage stress with meditation, breathing and other cognitive tools. So, the jury's out on whether I'll consume this long term, but the product itself seems to be what it says it is (although I'm not sure I'd know if it wasn't).

Yum!
I was worried about the taste due to reviews but honestly this tea has a mild flavor which is good because I have been using less and less sweetener in my food/beverages. Usually I add Agave to coffee, teas, or smoothies but I have wanted to start drinking the first two as they come. It's a small bag but ideal for $7.It's got a nice seal so I don't think I'll be concerned about air getting into the bag.I heard about the health benefits so I'm looking forward to checking back in about a month from now- if possible.
