I was recently placed on Statin pills for my high Cholesterol. The statin drugs really made my muscles hurt until I started taking this. Not sure exactly, what it does, but my doctor said that it works at the molecular level to counteract the negative side-effects of statin drugs. For me it worked and worked well. Its easy to swallow and it appears to be a quality supplement, not the cheap stuff you can buy locally. I feel very comfortable recommending this product to others. Also, apparently it has a lot of other good side-effects. Increase in energy, quicker recovery after workouts or hard days of labor. It is also suppose to be really good for your blood pressure.
