If you look back at the images, you will see that its a 30 or 33-gallon trash can. But it hangs over the side. We put vacuum cleaners in front. We used them as housekeeping carts, tough to hold all that was needed.

I would think you would want pneumatic wheels for what you're describing. This cart does not have that as and option.

how large is that lockbox? is it tall enough to hold a standard spray bottle standing up? and maybe a few other small cleaners similarly in size?

I recently purchased this cart. I have a bathroom closet shelf full of spray cleaners. I put the tallest bottle I could find inside, and still had room to spare. So the answer is definitely yes.
