All these work out things have a smell but it doesn’t bother me and no one is getting close to me anyways!I bought a medium and it fits tight on my tummy tight but that’s how it’s supposed to fit after having 4 kids!I have mom belly but it goes away with constant use of these and working out it is loose on my on my thighs but it’s ok. But I do have multiple to switch them out in different sizes depending how I feel about wearing it that day.I usually size up so I can wear clothes under neath to help not break out with sensitive skin but these are stretchy so I can fit my shorts under them and it works.I also size up on my tummy sweat bands bc when it’s not super tight I can wear multiple to keep the them coming undone and also when they are loose I wear them more often.I also wear them when sleeping to sweat while I sleep 😂 summer is coming and every moment counts.I do understand they are not for this purpose but I do it and always see results after every kid and get back into a 2 piece!*DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER* please do not die from my post. ❤️

I ordered an Xtra Large; however, I should have ordered a Large. I wear size 12 pants. It is comfortable.

I wasn’t going to write a review because I hate leaving negative reviews but I definitely need to warn people about this product. Upon wearing this item I broke out in hives on both of my legs, my stomach and my buttocks area. so everybody PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE before purchasing this item! Or at least wash it several times before actually wearing the product!It has now been 6 months and these are what the hives currently STILL look like! I am praying that these are not going to be forever scars.I would also like to note that I have never had an allergic reaction to anything before in my entire life and I have ZERO known allergies to anything.

I use it at work and for workouts. It’s great. My clothes fit better and I’m losing weight.
