Is the silicone or vinyl a soft material or is is hard? Our daughter would like a lifelike baby but we are struggling to find one that is “soft”.

I had same problem didn't look anything like the one shown.i could have gotten it at Walmart for $20.00 it's a rip off don't waste your money I'm still looking for a lifelike baby for my soon to be 2year old and 4 year old daughters don't want to spend a lot but scared to get ripped off again it's the 3rd time I have order and didn't get what I ordered so wasted over $300.00 on a doll truck and stem mop don't know what I'm doing wrong I read about it and look at customer reviews and still have no luck and where we live can't just get a reborn doll in store
