I recently purchased my Dynabook and I love it. The only issue is that the audio is very low compared to other computers such as HP and Dell. I guess I can't have it all

I bought the Toshiba and was convinced by the operation of this computer. Unfortunately, the first computer had a bug in that it turned itself off after some time. At first we thought it was an installation error, but the failures increased so much that we had to return this computer to Amazon.It did not stop us from ordering the same model again, because we are convinced of the usability and think that the first computer was a so-called "Monday product".We will see how the new computer develops and will be happy to let you know.

I use this product to work at Home and copmared with my old PC this work more fast and I save time.I hope it work for long time.

Be very carful if you order from this company. I will try to put the short version out here. I had to return the computer and they charge me a $600.00 restock fee, they told me it was so scratched up they could not resell it, however the plastic cover had never been taken off the computer when it was return to them. We had a issue with the computer and no sound we call the tech department and work with them and was told to return the computer for a refund. Now they are tell us when they got the computer back it had sound and it had just been mute, this was one of the first thing they had us check, when we was talking to them. This company never contact us to return the computer since it was working when they got it back, he the mean time I had order another computer from them in good faith that my money would be refunded for the first computer. Had I know the customer service was going to be this poor, I would have gone some place else and purchase a computer. So I basically I end up buying a computer and part of one that I don't even have. I can only hope I don't have any trouble with this one, because I now know how they handle customer service, which is very poor. For the computer itself, I'm happy with it.

I returned this laptop because I didn’t realize the display resolution was as coarse as it was. I am grateful the seller took it back and they were good to work with.

I have a Toshiba laptop that's going on 15 years! Love love love it! Have this one waiting in the wings when my old one if ever goes out.

I first looked on Dynabook's web site before checking other places. This laptop with twice the storage (SSD) plus a CD/.DVD drive was about $200 less!
