This was the first time I've taken astaxanthin. I didn't notice too much of a difference in how I felt BUT this supplement needs to be taken with food due to being fat-soluble. I took them in the AM on an empty stomach, so that may have been why I didn't notice any changes. Soft gels are really easy to take, they are small and smooth. There is no taste.Bag is resealable. I didn't realize that I was only getting 45, so I'm not sure entirely sure if the price is fair. I thought I would have gotten more.
