I'm not sure if it works or not. But one thing that I noticed in the 5 days I've been using it is reduced face swelling in the mornings. Improved significantly!

A daily dose of this supplement between 4-14mg is touted to promote skin wellness; heart wellness; exercise recovery; eye strain from digital overuse; anti-aging ....i decided to switch from pure fish oils from a very good source to give this a try as I'd recently read how much better this is - a micro ingredient. We all believe the latest and newest and micro-est; getting the particles smaller and smaller to meld with our cells - reads well, but proof is in the taking. I've not really experienced a major shift after a month or more - but nothing really expected from me except that I am giving my body the best. It is recommended to take these with a fatty meal/snack or otherwise. These are tiny red capsules; filled with salmon/fish oils - i believe i thought i was getting something closer to krill oils - but it looks like from the label, its salmon. Both beneficial if indeed this is the main ingredient. I'd say, bottom line a good basic fish oil is perhaps MORE beneficial especially if purchased from a reputable source - I thought the price was very good but then again; quality is worth investing in. There is no taste; no burp factor and no clumping as these are tiny capsules; easy to take - just make sure you take them with an oily snack/meal as this helps the ingredients release.

I've been using Astaxanthin from MicroIngredients for about a year now. Easy to take, no odor, taste or side effect and I believe it gives my body the supplementation I'm seeking. Haven't taken tests to confirm yet.

According to my date of purchase, I've been taking this for about 6 weeks now. I did not notice any change at first to be honest, but in the last 2 weeks or so, I have really noticed that my skin has been looking amazing and I have been thinking how awesome that was. I did not attribute it to taking this since it has been awhile and I also changed up my skincare slightly, but this morning as I was doing my skin care routine I noticed that my skin really does have the sun kissed glow about it without any other products at all and I was like WHOA! I know that that's from! So yes, I definitely think it takes awhile to start kicking in, but my skin does look fantastic, super hydrated, supple and glowy and for reference I am in my mid 40's and a super low maintenance person who does not wear makeup, usually just a bit of moisturizer, eye cream and sunscreen in the morning and so this is perfect for me.

Great supplements. Feel a difference but no tan.
