love ordering the perfect color on line and not having to search stores trying to find it.

Color is not the same as depicted in the description. Color is too light

I've been using Burts Bees for a few years now and every product exceeds my expectations. The Carmel Shimmer is great! The only thing is, I thought it would have a Carmel flavor but it is more peppermint but that's OK too!

I used to love these so I bought 2.....when I opened the first one, it was so mushy almost like it was melted , so I put it in the refrigerator for awhile, it was still blobby when I tried to use it, I thought I must have just gotten a bad one, so I opened the other one and the same thing, something is wrong, it doesnt go on smoothly like it used too, I get big blobs and have to spread it with my finger, I wont be buying these ever again, Im sorry I bought 2, what a waste

The mint flavor and scent is a pleasant addition to the beautiful color. Natural looking and just feels good on my lips.

I thought this time would be different, but it arrived the in the same condition as the last time I ordered it—very soft and messy, with 3/4 of the lip gloss already out of the tube! I have been using Burt’s Bees lip gloss, caramel shade, for YEARS. It never was like this before, which is why I thought the last time I purchased it, it was a fluke. VERY disappointing!!
