Estos cartuchos NO son compatibles con la impresora ya que su sistema pone trampas para que NO detecte cartuchos genéricos. Ya hice todo lo que se sugiere en línea para resolver el problema y NO funciona. Tiré mi dinero.

I will not purchase this brand again. The print cartridges are causing smudging on the page, and the ink output fades progressively. I can remove them , shake them, and then they print okay for a while. The are poor quality.

These work great. I've been using them for over 3 years now. They seem to last longer than the OEM cartridges. If your printer refuses to use them with some sort of message indicating they are not OEM cartridges, you need to restore an older version of the firmware. Search for "previous firmware HP XXXX". You can download any previous version you want and apply it thru the printer's USB. Then go to settings and disable automatic updates to keep this version of firmware.
