They work!
I have been going through infertility, and heard this form was good for getting vitamins in. Can't complain! They don't smell amazing, but they don't have a bad taste and are easy to swallow. The cost is worth it for this quality product. I went to the doctor to check my labs, and my B vitamin lab was at a great level!

Versatile helpful vitamin!
Been my go to for awhile, with MTHFR the p5p form means a lot to me. I frequently deal with high prolactin, and use this to help regulate the hormone! I like the 50mg because I can only take 50mg, or double dose to to get 100mg if necessary. I have also taken a higher dose for a bit to help carpal tunnel symptoms. So only positive side effects!

Make sure you know what you take, B6 can be very toxic
Good supplement I take daily with all b vitamin forms, except niacin(or niacinamide, I don't take it due to reactive hypoglycemia, can make it worse.) THIS IS NOT A LOW DOSE btw, and make sure you're aware of what b6 (also p5p vs pyridoxine!! One is good other is bad!) can do to your body. This supplement is best at low doses. I split my pill into 5 days!! So this will last a while. B6 is crucial and so are all the b vitamins. Make sure you're getting the best form. And make sure you're getting higher doses benfotiamine and R5P (vs the whole riboflavin debate, idk where I stand but I've been taking R5P, 2 of 50mg.) I've noticed a great boost in health and I've been taking this combination on and off for probably a decade. I'm 31 female.

You need to be careful with P5P
Bought this to help with prolactin control, but ended up with nerve issues that I was not aware of was from the p5p. The product works as intended however.

私にはめちゃくちゃ相性良かったみたいです。 夜だけ飲んでます。 春は不安定になるので、朝も飲んでみる予定です。 悪夢365日見てて、過緊張で、泣きながら起きたり、全力疾走した後みたいな寝起きなことがたまにあるタイプの人間です。 これ飲み始めてから、劇的に変わりました。 ビタミンB飲んでたけど、p5pは入ってなくて、私には足りなかったんだと気付かされました。 悪夢は見ます。でも、体が疲れてないです。脳が疲れてないです。現実と混同することがないです。泣いて起きることもないです。汗びっしょりで起きることもないです。 ありがたいです。 Xで妊婦のつわりが楽になると聞いて、ふーんと調べて、私にも合いそうなので少し高いけど、買ってみましたが、すごく効果ありました。もちろん人によると思います。
