PVC-rör på 50mm går inte att klippa, de spricker istället, trots att det tydligt står att den skall klara både det materialet och grövre dimensioner. Jag fick ta fram bågfil istället. Eggen var lite krokig vilket ger ett ojämnt klipp.

Well, I don't know if it is the best, but I like it the best of those I have tried. It's not cheap but it is smooth, easy to squeeze, and of solid quality. I can say it cuts Schedule 40 PVC nicely, and I also use it to cut Schedule 80 PVC and it works great for that too, but of course, a little tougher to get through. It handles the thicker pipe just fine though. The angles and opening fits my hand perfectly, and I've got about average sized hands. If I had to pick just one, this is it. I don't think you can go wrong with this guy.

Cuts through 1 1/2 inch inside diameter schedule 40 PVC like butter and the ends are very straight. Are they perfectly straight and perfectly flat, I'm not sure but they look very straight and are as straight if not straighter than the pre cut pieces at Home Depot and so far you don't have to deburr the cuts made with these like you do a little with the pre cuts at Home Depot. This is my first time using something like these and wish I was using these earlier. The material is definitely very high quality and feels like something you could use for years to come. I'm just a DIYer so I imagine this is a lifetime tool for me. My first 2 and only cuts so far came out way better than I thought they would and way better than I could ever do with a hacksaw and it's not even close. If you need to cut any PVC or other plastic based pipe or even rubber hoses, look no further, just get this and get that project done. If you see any reviews saying it cracked the pipe, they were very likely doing it in cold weather. It actually has a warning not to do it on PVC when it's less than 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
