Started taking this after reacting poorly to SSRI for perimenopause symptoms. I have noticed a big change since starting them a few weeks ago. Still experiencing hot flashes around the end of my cycle but it has helped my moods tremendously. The only thing wrong with them was upon opening the packet to take my first dose I noticed the seal in the blister pack was damaged around one of the pills and the pill itself seemed to look funny. So I won't be able to take that one. Otherwise they are wonderful!

Be aware that you have to take 2 tablets 2 to 3 times a day! Not worth it. Expensive product to be doing that and no returns. Just be aware. No

I started at a low dose of 1 capsule 2 times daily and unfortunately my sleep was disrupted multiple nights (overactive brain and thinking) and I had to stop. I assume these side effects would have lessened but I couldn't wait. Also, I admittedly chose the wrong time to experiment with a new regimen for winter blues. Next time I will start in the Fall to give enough time (I have heard SJW can take up to 8 weeks for proper effect).
