The perforated spoon is 9" long and 2 1/3" wide at the widest part

Q: This id about the black spoon. Does the finish start chipping off after a while with proper care? I dont want my spoon chipping into food.

These spoons are highly resistant to chipping and are designed and manufactured to resist wear in use of a commercial kitchen.

Q: Does this form Quenelles properly?

This doesn't have a very good shape for one handed quenelles. I would recommend another spoon for quenelles
