I was desperate. I had BALD SPOTS. This made my hair grow.
Okay, there is a backstory to this post. It’s relevant, so I guess, bear with me?? I’m 49. I have thinning hair. A little over a year ago I ordered this shampoo, hoping it would turn things around. I used it 2-3 times and didn’t really like how it felt when I used it. The shampoo was thin and “watery”, my hair was long, I had to use a LOT of product to get a lather and the lather wasn’t what I was used to. There was no slip to it, like I was used to. It kind of felt like it was stripping my hair like a clarifying shampoo…..only about times 100. So I wrote it off as an expensive fail and stuck it under the bathroom sink, where all my experimental products go to collect dust until the next de-cluttering. Fast forward a year. I am desperate. Because I have bald spots in the front of my head. These happened due to an assault where my hair was literally ripped out in huge chunks. It had happened 3 months previously and it was NOT growing back. I had been taking vitamin supplements, including Biotin since it happened. I had gone on HRT the month after. I was using an organic serum that was supposed to help. NOTHING was working. I knew I had a shampoo I had bought that was supposed to stimulate the hair follicles, so I went searching for it. Unearthed the bottle from under my sink and headed to the shower. My hair was short now. The shampoo was still thin, it still seemed to take a lot of product to create a lather, it still had that feeling that it was stripping my hair. I didn’t care. I made sure to massage it into the bald areas while I was shampooing and hoped for the best. I used it every other day. I hadn’t bought the conditioner with it, so I just used my regular conditioner afterwards. 12 days later I’m drying my hair with a towel and I look in the mirror and touch the bald area in the front of my hair on the right side…...and I feel stubble. Little hairs. Oh my God, I couldn’t get close enough to the mirror fast enough. Yes, hair. Plenty of it. I wanted to cry, I wanted to laugh, I was freakin’ amazed. I’ve included pictures. The bald ones are what I started with, obviously. The other four are after about 5 weeks of use. My hair is difficult to photograph because it’s very fine and it seems to come in very light and as it gets longer it darkens? I don’t know, but I think you can see all of the growth. All I can definitely say is that nothing was growing for months. I was so afraid that, due to my age and my already thinning hair, the bald spots were going to be a permanent thing. And a permanent reminder of something I really didn’t want to think about every time I looked in the mirror. I still don’t like the feel of it when I shampoo, but with these results I’ll gladly live with it. I’m also seeing new hair growth in other areas where my hair had become noticeably thin. I’ll be repurchasing. I hate the price. However, I’m willing to pay for something that I know works. It was a pretty extreme situation to put a product to the test in, but I’m SO GLAD this product actually lived up to the claims made.

Good product but needs a working bottle plunger.
Good product but the plunger is garbage. Third time around it still won’t work.

Watery Shampoo / Thick Conditioner... and super yummy smell
My review is for both the "Diamond Strong" Shampoo and the "Sensual Bliss" Conditioner. I purchased both concurrently, and started using both concurrently. I've been using them for less than a week, so I cannot yet testify to their efficacy, however I would like to say a couple of things. First, the scent of both is amazingly good. Both scents manage to provide a "clean" scent, and yet still have a mild, essential oil blended scent which is divine and makes one feel like you've just had a scalp massage at a spa. Next, please know that the shampoo consistency is VERY thin... almost watery. Meaning, when you pump some into your palm, you'll need at least 5-6 pumps to feel like you can even start to cover your entire scalp. The consistency of the conditioner is the exact opposite. It is SO thick that trying to use the pump to get it out is an exercise in futility. They really need to remove the pump from the conditioner bottle and just put a flip-top lid on it. Even then, one would probably still need to unscrew the cap to get the conditioner out. That said, due to it's thickness, it is also EXTREMELY coating on your hair. Therefore, a little bit goes a long way. I have very thin, fine hair, and if I use even a dime-size amount of the conditioner, my hair looks limp and lifeless. And the one time which I actually applied the conditioner to the scalp (as recommended on the bottle), my hair looked greasy all day. So I would recommend that you only use the conditioner on the ends of the hair where you need to prevent tangling. Let the shampoo be the only thing which sits on your scalp... unless you have super thick, dry hair.

Fuller & Healthier Hair!
This product is great! The ingredient list is all natural and it smells really nice. It lathers a bit, but obviously not that much since there are no sulfates. I bought it for my fiancé, who has had thin hair all his life and has recently started noticing some hair loss, and he could not be happier. His hair appears fuller, it has more bounce and always feels extra clean after he shampoos - unlike some other shampoos for thinning hair that can leave an oily residue. I do not believe it is reversing the hair loss or anything like that - but it definitely looks and feels healthier and fuller so that's great! Very happy!

The pump leaked after I used it and so I was disappointed to find my expensive shampoo dried on the side ...
I guess this shampoo is not supposed to lather. My hair looked oily the next day which does not usually happen with regular, non-sweaty activities. The pump leaked after I used it and so I was disappointed to find my expensive shampoo dried on the side of the bottle. I had WAY more hair in the drain after washing my hair than I ever have before which is the opposite of what I thought this shampoo is supposed to help fight against.

It really works!
After using this product for a few weeks, I noticed that I am not losing as much hair. What really thrilled me is that my receding hairline is filling in, just a little bit, but I'm hoping to see more growth as time goes on. My hair is silkier, too. The product is very low sudsing, and somewhat thin compared to regular shampoo, so I feel as though I am using more than I normally would with a standard shampoo. Despite that, it is worth every penny!

Zero lather...far too pricey.
I'd love to love this as they seem to have great ingredients and a solid company philosophy. But this shampoo has ZERO lather. I'm used to natural shampoos having little lather, but I have to use like 5 pumps on my short hair in order to even get it remotely clean. It's WAY to expensive to have to use so much. Bummer!

Good quality. Buy with conditioner! Smells gentle and natural
I like that I definitely feel the natural ingredients in this shampoo versus any others from the drugstores which claim to be more or less chemical free. I bought it because I'm losing a lot of hair post-partum, but I definitely recommend getting it with the conditioner because if your hair thinned for whatever reason, you Need the conditioner or else it gets knots and feel very dry in the shower (creating more hair fallouts as a result). And it is not worth it buying separately, because you will pay double the shipping- it is already costly
