Seems to be a pretty good deal. Tastes pretty good. Mixes fine, though some clumps a little just have to rinse the glass to get every last bit. After a few nightly doses I noticed my bowels seemed to be effected. But I took about 2 scoops instead of the recommended 1. A little bit of tummy gurgling before bed. Not too bad and probably a good thing really as i could use a boost to regulate my bowels. Seemed to sleep better and more easily as well. Can't say for sure if it helped my mood but didn't seem to hurt it either. Hard to tell but I think there was a demonstrable increase in calmness. Mostly I wanted the magnesium for bowel health, better sleep, and to help with muscle cramps and spasms. I think I may have less of those now with the help of biotix' magnesium, but I suspect that is something that will take more time to help with. I do hard labor and sweat a lot from work and play so could use the electrolytes. I think an electrolyte imbalance is a cause of muscle cramps and spasms and so I am hoping a more regular intake of magnesium supplement will benefit me. So far, about half a bottle in, it has seemed to, and with continuing supplementation I am hoping it will help more pronouncedly. Many supplements take a little time, like a week or 2, before really noticeable benefits. With the Biotix magnesium complex I immediately noticed benefits, particularly more restful sleep, pretty much right away, and after a few days, better bowels and possibly a reduction in muscle cramps and spasms. Thinking a few more weeks of it will help even more with that.

This has helped me tremendously with my muscles locking up. I would get muscle cramps multiple times during the night and even in the daytime all throughout my body. I do like this honey lemon flavor. I did also get the peach flavor after I seen that it was working. It’s really good if you mix a half a scoop and a half a scoop of both flavors together. My grandson tried it. He slept well and he loved the flavor. I do not let him have it every night, but it did say that it was good for him when I researched it. He was sick, running a fever and it did say that magnesium could help you heal. He had 105 fever. He would normally be sick for a week. He was only sick for two days. He heals pretty quickly. I would highly recommend this. I even showed my physical therapist and she said this is the one she would recommend as it has the different magnesium’s in it and it had the ones that she wanted to see in it. This truly has helped me. I hope this helps many more people. I will continue to keep buying this and I too highly recommend it. I only wish I found this sooner but after trying pickle juice and medicines, I decided to take any more natural route and so glad I did.

Been taking for 30 days now and notice a significant difference in digestive health, sleep, and energy. Got the flavor, peach tea and it’s actually delicious and tart. I take one scoop in a glass of water every night. My daughter started taking it too, and she has noticed a difference in her sleep, and anxiety levels throughout the day. Will be subscribing.

I particularly bought this particular product because was having surgery and if I was on any type of medication that would slow gut motility down in addition to I'm not weight-bearing so I can't walk obviously we I didn't want constipation to be an issue and magnesium is very good soft tissue healing effects. This is very potent as I have tried many many other brands in the past this product I will continue to use and put this on my subscription list for sure! So definitely a 5 out of five. A quality product.

I use this with my fiber supplement before bed- helps me sleep, stay regular each morning and tastes great!

Good taste and ease of use

I really enjoy the taste of this and quickly incorporated it into my bedtime routine. I like to mix one scoop with hot water so it is like drinking tea. I noticed that it did help me relax, but I did not notice a huge difference in my sleep. This could absolutely be a me problem and not a problem with the product itself. My concern is that it claims there are 60 servings, but even with missing a few evenings I am already out. I got about 40 servings instead of 60. If the product had been advertised as 45 servings I would chalk it up to maybe a few rounded scoops or something, but this is obviously not that. Because of this I have decided to not purchase again.
