I was in doubt whether the item will be the same as i expected when I received literally I love it.

Product is exactly as shown in the picture Functions exactly as shown and claimed Price is also worth it got for around 900 rupees. Received dhoop stick along with the package Pleasant aroma Divine look while dhoop cone is burning Cons: Alignment of the top part to Shiv Ling should be correct You need to clear to top marble before placing the cone as the hole through which the fragrance flows would be blocked sometime After regular use oil kind of substance flows from the bottom part of the product a brownish color substance which makes the Shiv Ling and the glass oily and brown so regular cleaning is also necessary The dhoop cone burns quickly hardly 10mins but the fragrance stays for quite sometime

Not a good smell doest not look good feels quality is low for glass and all components gets misplaced and the scent or smoke is unbearable

This is very good for back flow. But leaves a sticky residue (like engine oil consistency)

I honestly didn’t believe it would look this good until I used it. It creates a very calm and soothing vibe, and the smoke effect is so beautiful to watch. Works smoothly and is perfect for meditation or home décor. I absolutely loved it.

This item is received is broken. I received this item by post canada. Poor delivery. The package white foam is broken therefore everything got crushed. The sender didn't state the fragile handle with precautions . Now the sender is asking me to mail back and refund will base on how they receiving . It doesn't make any senses to me to sent back the pieces.

Update: I forgot to update this review After a month the plastic cracked rendering this useless. Not sure why it cracked, it was only used with incense, as intended. Definitely not a good purchase. It's just novelty crap to take your money. I love how the incense pours on the lingam, but 1) It is indeed plastic not glass, paid for glass, plastic scratches making it useless 2) The top portion needs to be redesigned or covered at least a little, because so much incense floods the air as it nicely pours on the lingam it ruins the total ambiance.
