Nautilus CC Robotic Pool Vacuum Cleaner up to 33 FT - Premium Bundle with Caddy and Cover

I should have written this sooner. This thing is like the little engine that could! We went away for the week and came back to find our pool littered with grass at the bottom — the landscapers had come while we were gone. I honestly thought, there’s no way this little robot is going to handle all that! Well, it totally proved me wrong. It cleaned everything — even around those filter covers at the bottom of the pool where the grass had gotten stuck. I was shocked at how well it handled such a messy job. When I opened the debris compartment afterward, it was completely full of everything it had picked up, and the pool was spotless. I also bought the caddy, which makes storage super easy. After each use, I let the robot drain a bit, then set it on the plastic caddy — no water damage, no hassle. This little robot works hard, delivers amazing results, and is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

We love this vacuum! We are new to having a pool and this is our first vacuum ever purchased. Our pool is inground, concrete,16x32ft, and about 9ft at its deepest. I wasn't sure if what we got would be enough, but it does the job just fine! I haven't seen it get stuck/tangled at all, goes up the walls, and goes up to only one of the steps, but I wasn't expecting it to get all of them as they are set up kind of weird. We live in a humid, heavily wooded area near the lake in central Texas and algae loves it here. :( This vacuum has helped us keep it at bay so much. Before we had it, we were paying for someone for upkeep and haven't had to call anyone since. I'm still working out the chemistry part of it all, but it seems much more doable now that we have this vacuum. Plugs in to an outlet easy, one power button for off/on, lightweight, and picks up all the little things that may go unseen. My only issue is that our local pool store (Leslies) doesn't work on Dolphin vacuums, so I am worried if something were to go wrong mechanically. We will cross that bridge when we get to it. Been about a month or so since we've got it and no problems yet. Other than that, I have nothing, but good things to say about it!

I've had this product now for about 19 months. For the first 17 months it worked like an absolute dream. It enabled me to fire my pool cleaner guy ($120 a month) and just put this guy in the pool whenever it was needed. I had a problem with the motor burning out, and when I called Dolphin they were FANTASTIC about fixing it. I shipped it (my expense, but whatever) and they fixed it FOR FREE under warranty after NINETEEN MONTHS. They essentially fully refurbished it with a new motor, cable, treads and wheels and sent it back and its back to doing what it does best. I will never buy any other pool vacuum brand after that experience. My only criticism is the cord CAN get tangled, so I might upgrade to the tangle free version if this guy ever ends up dying. I cannot recommend this company and robot enough. I recently had my pool light replaced and the robot picked up ALL the rubbery debrit and shit that the installers left behind. Haivng this robot in the pool also extends your filter life because less stuff ends up in the filters. don't keep looking, just buy a Dolphin

Love this pool vacuum. This is my second one and after having tried several others, this one is the best. Would have gone 5 stars but I’m including the caddy in this review. Not impressed with the caddy and how it functions. The power supply doesn’t seem to clip on the back so when you tilt the caddy to move it, it falls out. Also, the caddy is universal, BUT there are parts you don’t use depending on your robot. My caddy with a part already installed that is not needed for my robot. Problem is, it won’t come off the caddy. All in all, the important part is the robot does an excellent job.

This pool cleaner is fantastic! Easy to use and clean. The unit is Light weight with great cleaning abilities and good suction. It runs off of AC power so you don’t have to worry about recharging batteries. The power cord for the unit is long enough to take care of a 40’ x 20’ pool. The unit is strong enough to clean the 12’ deep end of the pool and move up to the 3’ shallow end. The suction is so good it picks up the small debris and even some small rocks. The unit is a great buy!

I would rate this product as a 0/5 if that were possible. I bought this robot, along with the stand and cover, roughly one month ago. Due to travel and other obligations, I was unable to begin using it until last week. I ran it for two full cycles over the span of three days and it worked perfectly fine. When I dropped it in the pool for what would have been the third cycle, the robot sat idle on the pool floor and would not move. I called customer support to report the problem and they emailed me a series of trouble shooting steps, none of which worked. When I called back the second time, I was told that I would need to ship it back for inspection and repairs. I shipped it out the same day and the robot was returned to me within a few days. The service report enclosed with the robot said that there was was "no fault found" with the robot. I just dropped it in the pool again to see if it would work and it still does not work. I am now wasting another hour of my life waiting to speak with someone at Maytronics customer service. Complete waste of time and money for something that worked TWICE. UPDATE: Sent the robot back a second time to be repaired. When it was returned, the service report stated that the robot originally came with the wrong power supply and a new/different power supply unit was included in the box. Just dropped it in the pool using the new power supply and the robot still does not move. Calling customer AGAIN to request a brand new unit or a refund. Several hours of my life wasted on something that only worked twice. Very disappointed.

Our pool guy got in a car accident 3 weeks ago and is unable to come service the pool for a few months until he finds a replacement for his service truck. When we tried to hire a new pool service in our area we were told that unless we had a screen enclosure or a automatic pool cleaner they wouldn’t accept us as a new account. That’s insane to me, if we had one of their 2 requirements we would do it ourselves! Of course we live in Florida, the only place this would make sense (not really). So that’s what we did, we are servicing our pool our dang selves! So after a lot of research we bit the proverbial bullet and purchased the Dolphin Nautilus CC cleaner. We have 5 palm trees 6 feet from our pool (what was the prior owner thinking!) and they are a complete nightmare! Between the Dang seed pods dropping and dead branches constantly falling off, the cleanup has been constant. It’s reeked havoc on our pool most of all! Since our pool hadn’t been serviced in awhile it was green from algae and when I say the bottom was covered in leaves, branches, and pollen, it’s definitely not an overstatement. You can basically use this cleaner right out of the box. The cycles run for 2 hrs, but due to the condition of our pool we ran 3 cycles back to back. There is not 1 leaf, twig, or green algae on the bottom of our pool now. IT. IS. AMAZING! It has exceeded even my expectations. We are beyond pleased and would highly recommend. The only downside is it doesn’t clean the steps well, I don’t think any do. So we’ll have to scrub those with a brush every week or 2 or as needed, but this is not a big deal at all. I don’t usually write reviews, but I know some of you are still like I was, it’s an expensive investment. If you don’t like it, send it back. Amazon has such a good return policy you really don’t have any downside to try this amazing cleaner. It’s actually kind of fun to watch it do all the work while we sit and watch it LOL. Good luck, I hope you love yours as much as we love ours! Update 8/21/23 I still recommend this cleaner but the caddy is junk. When the cleaner is placed on the caddy it overhangs and rubs on the wheels which interferes with pushing the cart. The cleaner is not stable on the caddy and falls off. I would highly recommend to use the money you would spend on the caddy and upgrade to the Nautilus CC Plus!

The cleaner is easy to use but seems like it’s more for maintenance cleaning in between doing a manual cleaning. The product came without the cover that was supposed to be included and a basket that is broken, or won’t stay closed when removing from the machine, which makes cleaning it difficult. I contacted the seller and was told I’d have a response in 1-2 days but I’m still waiting a week later. Definitely not the best customer service experience. Overall the cleaner isn’t terrible, my review might be different if I had parts that worked.

La livraison a été difficile. Produit livré en 2 fois sans date de livraion précise ce qui m’a bloquée chez moi durant 1 semaine. Gls ne previent pas à l’avance et il faut etre la. Le robot fonctionne très lentement durant 2h et j’ai dû le relancer encore 2h. Son cheminement dans la piscine est totalement incompréhensible mais au bout de 4h ma piscine était nettoyée. Le fil electrisue est pour moi trop court pour mettre le moteur à l’ombre car sur le manuel il est indiqué de ne pas utiliser de rallonge. Je suis un peu déçue par rapport à mon ancien robot bcp plus energique avec possibilité de choisir 1h, 1/2h, escaliers. Ce robot ne nettoie ni les escaliers ni les bancs mais mon ancien robot n'existe plus hélas. J’avais lu les commentaires et j’ai fait confiance et je le regrette.
