how can I keep the ab pad from sliding?

You can use a yoga mat underneath. I always press my lower back down hard against the pad on every rep.

is the back of the abmat that is touching the floor reinforced by wood or something flat and hard?

The back is stiff but there is no separate piece that prevents it from slipping. I have wood floors - I suggest using it on a carpeted floor or you will keep sliding.

Can i use this while i use one of the those situp bars use under doors?

Bon produit

Très bon produit, pas trop mou, bonne finitions même en dessous. Seul point qui pourrait être amélioré, il pourrait y avoir une bande d'une matière anti dérapante sous le coussin, pour éviter qu'il se déplace au sol pendant l'utilisation, car cette matière glisse, légèrement (testé sur des tommettes, un tapis de sol pour abdos, et un tapis de maison). Le problème fut résolu en utilisation sur sol caoutchouc mais tout le monde n'en dispose pas forcement chez soit. Sinon très content.
