DB402 DB+ Series 4 Inch Speakers Car Audio with Marine Certification, Car Coaxial Speakers, Black

Installed in my 2018 Lexus GX460 (non Mark Levinson and using the stock amplifier) in the dash corners and center. The installation was super easy and only required a minimum amount of fussing to get the fit right. I chose these due to the high efficiency rating knowing I’d be using them on the stock amplifier. They actually sound pretty good. Bass response (for a 4 inch speaker) as well as detail and dynamic “punch” have all improved over the stock speakers. For a budget upgrade I’m fairly happy with them.

I bought these speakers to install on my goldwing. They sound good and fit into my old speaker housings perfectly. For the money I am happy with the item.

They're pretty good speakers, but you need to put a bass choke on them, or else you're going to blow them up because they can't handle the bass.

I used these to replace the 3.5 inch speakers in the rear pillars of my 2018 Ford Explorer. I wound up cutting the plastic basket off of the factory speakers, then trimming and sanding down the plastic gasket of the 3.5 inch to mount these in the factory space. They sound excellent, being fed by an amp that puts out about 75 watts to each speaker. The fit was very tight, but I wanted to keep with Polk Audio since I have swapped out all of the door speakers and tweeters with Polk already. Polk Audio does not currently make a 3.5 inch speaker so I took my chances with these and I made it work out.

I'm very impressed, I just wanted to install a few cheap speakers to listen to podcasts/maybe light music but these far outshined my expectations. I'm not saying it's a complete 'system' but these sound really good, decent bass, and they output insane volume for the size. I'm very impressed.

Seem to be used packaging was a fluttered and could tell they were hooked up by the bent pins on speaker connections. I thought it was a new item.

These speaker flap and fart even at low volumes. Tried mounting them in unsorted and ported enclosures. My original no name brand speakers are better. Was trying to get something much nicer than factory speakers. Supplier is comunicating with me to resolve my issues ATM.

I thought they were great sound for the money , good mid-range and bass was good

The tweeter on one of the speakers isn’t working properly; the high frequencies seem to be cut off.

used these to build a bluetooth speaker and the sound quality is great, definitely a good buy for the price.

Went from Pyle to these in my Crestliner. Night and day difference. Being run off 5 channel Clarion amplifier. Love the older db and MM's. The new DB's looks like cheap Chinese stuff, only time will tell how these hold up. So far no complaints.
