This is a manual pump flosser, it does a great job. If you pump it a little, it's a gentle stream of water that is great for irrigating tonsils. If you pump it a lot, it will have a very powerful stream for flossing. I would recommend this for people that want the convenience of a water flosser, but the ability to adjust the flow of water from very very gentle to high. Battery-powered flossers often have a water pressure that is too high to gently flush an area of the mouth, like the tonsils. Im satisfied with this purchase.

Fanstastic. This works, and is portable so you can take it anywhere - camping, on travel, etc. Holds just enough water and pressure to do the job. Time will tell if the quality holds up, but the concept is wonderful and it works!

It does its job. Pressure is ok no battery life to worry about. It’s very durable and clean.

Great pressure for not being electric.

I bought this for my daughter, who has braces. She used it for about a week, and the spring mechanism that creates the water pressure from pumping broke. You get what you paid for in this case, a cheap product that perhaps you can get lucky with and it lasts, but in our case, it was junk. Sent it back for a refund, since even a cheap product should last longer than a week.

This is a great concept but the water compartment is a little small so I have to fill it after every tooth basically. This is because you cant tell where it is until half the water is out then the pressure dies down at the end. Then you refill, pump it up, put it in place, and floss realizing you're a bit out of place. It does work like a water pick should it's just a lot of work. It has a lanyard on it so I have it hanging in my shower instead of sitting on my sink. I can't get the tip out so I' don't wanting to travel with it and break off the tip. It makes me think of something I'd buy at the dollar store. $10 seems pretty steep for what it is.

Excellent, excellent for short distance travel for people with implants. Uses for out of state travel. 5 days or less. Long journey uses battery powered one

I love this product! It works just as good as the original but cheaper. I feel more confident when I smile. Great oral hygiene is a must and this makes it a lot easier than string floss. I use string floss still but I'm gravitating towards using just water floss. Just pump the bottom 7 times and the pressure is great to clean all teetb in the mouth. I am glad I purchased this. I highly recommend it!
