My daughter is about 38" tall. I wanted to have her wear it for her 3rd birthday. Is a 4/6 size small too big?

I think it would work......if an item is too big, one can alwasy clip it/cut it/pin it, etc. if it is too small, one can do nothing....the 'small' measurements are: 23-26" chest 21-23" 23-26" 42-48" height 39-50 lbs.

does this costume have glitter ? I am trying to find one that doesn't

Yes, the 'glitter' is part of the fabric...not 'glued' on.

Hi, this listing is for the "large' only L=Large 10-12 28-30" 24-25" 30-32" 54-58" 67-84 lbs.

Is this very warm? Trying to decide if its roomy enough for something underneath and what color. Thanks

It's a regular costume with a Velcro back. My daughter will be wearing a long sleeve white shirt underneath and tights. So, yes, there is enough room for a shirt.
