Very bad experience first time recived open unboxing product

It's great.

Firstly : The packaging was okay. The product is genuine i verified it. Disappointed with the quantity although it's a budget friendly so i guess it's fine. Secondly : They best way to use it is with water because that way it won't take longer to blend and since, milk has extra added fats and carbs, so better go with water. The right time to take this is twice a day one-after breakfast and last-after dinner. Lastly : If you are a beginner then you should probably eat your meal and then take the protein. Don't use the protein to fill empty stomach cuz your hungry, that way you won't see any progress. Note# : It clearly says to use with chilled water as well as chilled milk. Don't use it with boiled milk it will not blend in the boiled milk than it will on the chilled one.
