The 1st day I took these, 3 capsules in the morning and 3 at lunch and I was literally up all night. The next day again I was wide awake till late in the evening. So I adjusted to only taking them in the morning and wow! Also ive also struggled with vit D levels and for the 1st time in years my blood tests came back with normal vit D levels. I actually ran out of this supplement 2 days ago and have been dragging my body around all day. I couldnt figure out what I had done differently until I realized I just ran out of this supplement. I reordered and also bought the Blood supplement as my RBC and WBC has been struggling. Hoping to see meaningful results from that.
