Does the coating on the chains get sticky? We’ve had a problem with that on another swing I purchased.

No I haven’t noticed them being sticky. My swing is on our three season porch hanging off a beam so not outside in direct sunlight but it warms up and is sunny on the porch. The grand kids love this swing.

Does the swing have a warranty?

I don't know if it has a warranty, but it is very well- made and heavy-duty. I can see kids using this swing till about age 10

What age can they start using this swing?

My great nephew used it at 12 mos.

How long are the chains?

Do they have the length on the product? They must be at least 6 feet each.(guessing since they are at my son's house).I bought awesome thick rope attachments that bind around the tree branch and then connect with the chains with carabiners. All bought on amazon. The product is all round excellent. SOLID!
