I’ve taken this supp for quite some time and feel that it has a calming, “centering” effect. I feel more stable and less reactive to this crazy world! One a day at night is my routine.

Easy to swallow clear capsules. This ASHWAGANDA (with black pepper for synergistic effect) MAKES ME FEEL GREAT! I’ll buy again if they don’t raise the price! Good stuff, Maynard.

This is a different brand than I usually purchase. I don't feel it is as strong as my other retailer, however, it does a decent job at assisting the decrease in stress. It does not, however, have the same effect of blood glucose reduction as my other brand.

I take at bedtime, no aftertaste . Still early to say inflammation down. Blood work next month

This is a great inflammation reducing supplement with numerous benefits. This brand had a high enough potency to insure these benefits(at 3 caps per day dosage as recommended)

Ashwagandha root powder is one of the “ adaptogens “ i have taken for years, for aging, stress, brain fog and low energy. It can help with low thyroid and the immune system too as well as low libido. The standard recommended dose is 300 to 600 mg a day, but this product recommends 2 of their 800 mg pills a day. There’s no harm in taking more, as this is a plant, but maybe you can start with one and increase as needed. These are completely Vegan which adds to their quality. If you don’t need a vegan version, there are higher doses available at similar prices. Please note the actual label dosage for each pill when you research a product, as the advertising on all supplements can be misleading. Some are three pills a day for the same dose. I also recommend reading about adaptogens, as they are fascinating in the way they search out imbalances in the body and work to correct them. The black pepper is included for better absorption into the bloodstream. I take one pill before I eat in the morning and I have been medication free my whole life ( 63 🤦‍♂️ ) Research ! I think you’ll like them too 🙏

This product was recommended by a co-worker. She swore by it. Since ordering I've used it a few times. The first night I slept all night which is unusual for me. The next 4-5x, I slept on average 5-6 hours consecutively which is still good for me. I will rate this product again once the entire bottle is consumed... stay tuned.
