I’ve purchased two of these now and while they’re not perfect, if you own a birdbath, I would highly recommend one. They do a great job of running all day under the sunlight and help keep mosquitoes from nesting in your birdbath. I find that the attachments for the different kind of water fountains are a little too much and sometimes spit water out of your bath. However, if you just run it with no attachments, it’s the perfect level of water flow. They’re good for up to two years maybe more if you bring them in during the winter months, but even if one does conk out, the price tag is very reasonable to replace it.

I wanted to love this so much! The directions were easy to follow, set-up was a breeze, and it made a beautiful fountain. My plan was to plant flowers along the perimeter of a large pot, then put a smaller pot in the middle for the fountain. Unfortunately, the pot I used is too small in diameter (8”), so all the water splashes out of the pot and it runs out of water too quickly. It even splashes over the side of the larger pot on the bottom, which is 14” in diameter. I went through 1.5 gallons of water in about 1/2 hour. I’m bummed this is so impractical because it looked so good. I’m going to see if I can find something wide enough to contain the water so it can be reused instead of splashing out.

I bought this for my wife to use in a bird bath and after almost 2 years it is still going strong. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap fountain.

The media could not be loaded. The useful things needed for the garden. Easy assembly and the size is adjustable. Work with sunlight perfectly. Quality is best. It's run until sunset. You will love it. 😊

The media could not be loaded. Definitely needs full sun to function. But mine did work partially in partial sun. Just kind of sputtered. Also, it does seem to loose water, either through wind blowing it or evaporation, so requires refilling or a deep bowl. Not bad for the price, though.
