My tigger paws help me so much!! I have weak wrists and experience wrist pain when I tumble. These wrists guards support my wrist better than tape, and are the best quality compared to other wrist guard on the market. The wrists guard support my wrist and restrict my range of motion to Iโm not over extending and flexing my wrists - eliminating my wrist pain. Game changer if you have wrist pain when doing gymnastics or yoga.
I am 31 years old and just started taking gymnastics classes this year. My wrists were struggling and these are a game changer. Very happy with them. They are quite pricey in my opinion, but I guess it is a specialized product and will last me for years.
