Awful product. Cannot tighten sufficiently and it now wrinkles

As a property manager for 20 years , I've seen and installed hundreds of toilet seats. On a 1 to 10 scale for quality/durability, this model sits on the bottom at 1. All these cushion seats are very lightweight and don't last as long as a wood seat, but this one is amongst the flimsyest I've seen. The most important part (the bolt} is a hard plastic that snaps way to easy. In the pic you can see the shaft thins at the top compared to the replacement bolt that I had to buy. In the second pic, notice how little plastic there is at the bottom of the screwdriver slot. There is a lot of side to side stress on a toilet seat, and the bolts need to be snugged down well. This model is a flop.

It is comfortable and the surface does not peel off as happens with low quality products. However, the parts that attach the seat to the toilet are fragile and one broke in less than a year of use.

Very nice, heavy duty lid. Padding is comfortable.

The positives are that the color is nice, and it actually is comfortable. The cons are that the seat distorted it's shape after just a few uses, and looks like wrinkled sheets. It's still comfortable, but we will most likely need to replace it before too long for a higher quality one.

I'm happy with it. It's soft and not as cold as the hard plastic type. Let's see how long it lasts.

Practically from install, the seat wouldn't stay on the toilet. Kept sliding to the side, and I couldn't tighten the bolts enough to stop it from doing it. Finally, it slid so far over, it broke and nearly sent me to the floor. Luckily I was going #1 and not #2, or it could have been a disgusting mess. Complete waste of money. Only lasted about 3 months, the shortest amount of time I've ever owned a toilet seat, even the cheap plastic ones last longer than this piece of garbage.

Lasted only 6 months then the plastic completely broke. This bathroom is mostly used by two people in my family who are not aggressive toileters or overweight.

Comfy spot to have a seat, but the plastic nuts and bolts it comes with are already loose.

Very comfortable ! However this is my third order because while the seat is perfect the screws that hold it are defective and break very easily after a few months. So I had to buy a spare one in case this happens during the night. And when one of them breaks, you may fall down on the floor as the seat moves sideways.

Good quality ,good price

Received and found a 2cm long cut on the cover. This product was shipped from Chicago City to Canada. Really don't want to wast my time ( exchange or return ). Just keep it.
