I have tried a lot of probiotics over the years because I get severe stomach distress whenever I take antibiotics. Most have worked to a degree, but Vitalitown Probiotics worked almost immediately and provided fast relief. I have since purchased more for my daughter who has Crohn's Disease, and she really likes these probiotics as well. They are easy to swallow, don't have a noticeable smell, and are reasonably priced.

It's somewhat difficult to rate the effectiveness of a supplement because you never know just how much good it is doing, but I do believe in the digestive benefits of probiotics (my doctor recommends I take them). This product stacks up well against others in that it has a high number of CFUs (colony-forming units, which is the number of live micro-organisms in each serving) = 60 billion, and the number of strains = 19. I shopped for a probiotic that was also shelf-stable, resistant to stomach acid & bile, was vegan, non-GMO, dairy-free and had delayed-release action, and this one checked all those boxes. It also has prebiotics. PRObiotics are living strains of bacteria that promote good bacteria in your digestive system, while PREbiotics are specialized plant fiber that acts as food for the good bacteria. I also appreciate that this Vitaliti brand is one of the best values for high-count probiotics at 24 cents per capsule.

This is my 2nd bottle for myself bought 2 the 1st time one my mom ,other for myself and they have been such a blessing for me I can eat without worrying if I'm gunna be in pain for week I notice started 3rd day 😸 just lol gassy few day but went away ,it has really made my life so much better ,it works for me & my health issues I highly recommend them you won't be let down ❣ mom 78 year old mom whom I got the othe bottle for say they have helped her with her bloating & over stomach issues she started out with 1 pill & has started taking 2 aday now really see an improvement ,these are the real deal for us anyway love them will be a customer for life ,got moms nurse trying them she said she can tell the difference in just few day so you will have 1 more customer, thax so mush for your pawsome product ❣😽
