I buy the kids toothbrush from this company,h it's called nimbus. it has the same size head as the adult, but the handle is shorter so that's less plastic in the landfill. and I like it for travelling as it takes up less space in my bag. and it's great for babies mouths , softer than the extra soft of other brands.

My son needed a new toothbrush and he is too big for the toddler size but his mouth isn’t quite big enough for most of the kids sized toothbrush’s out there that are as big as adults.
