In the end, I love this trellis and think it's worth twice the price that Amazon is charging. It's straight and sturdy. It was pretty easy to assemble and install. I (all by myself) built the trellis, set it up outside, landscaped around it, and cleaned up in 2.5 hours. To answer some other reviewers critiques: -Something was wrong with the packaging and all the washers were scattered around the box. There was a hole in the box and some washers must have fallen out in transport. I was missing 3. Fortunately, 2 were spares and the other wasn't critical. Just make sure you count all your parts before you begin the project. -The directions were open to a little interpretation. It's just pictures, and you have to decide how you want to get everything together. The good news is you can assemble the pieces in any order and the project turns out the same. -It was wobbly ::until:: I realized I put the legs in the wrong spot. The legs don't go at the extreme ends. They go one space in. If you put them under the second and fourth cross bars (not under the first and fifth) then the trellis is sturdy. Actually, to get it to sink into the ground I hung with my whole body weight on the trellis, and everything stayed sturdy. -It's perfectly straight and tall as long as you are careful about the angle you push the spikes into the ground. If you don't get the spikes in perfectly straight, the sides will bend. Just keep trying. I put up my trellis after a week of heavy rain so the ground was windy enough for me to try different angles.

I am really pleased with this arbor, especially for the price! I did think I was going to casually put it together myself one afternoon, but that was laughable! It is very awkward and wobbly as you are assembling it, so I did need help to keep it steady in order to finish assembly. Which brings me to the instructions: they are suuuuper tiny and it's so hard to see what they are referencing. It all overlaps and there are little part-letters everywhere so it's a matter of deduction, really. The horrible instructions are the only reason I took a star off the rating. Other than that, once up, it looks really nice and seems very sturdy. It has already withstood several high wind days. My climbing plants are loving it and they look so pretty. Not to mention the birds! They adore having this new perch in the middle of the yard! Overall, I highly recommend!

Outstanding product! Was flabbergasted at the exceptional care in protective packaging. Extra bolts, washers, and nuts. Everything was perfect condition. Instructions pictures were great. I GOOFED AND TRIED TO PUT SIDE IN OUTER HOLE ON TOP! Immediately laughed! .Thank goodness I had only finger tightened! PERSONAL NOTE: Before adding the bottom part of legs, it's great opportunity to add several fairy lights of varying colors for ease of simply turning on correct color for all these holidays! 🎉🌲🎁🎂 I added a green chicken wire across top just in case I want Morning Glorys or Green Beans, etc in summers on top. IF your arbor is wobbly, go back and tighten every bolt. When you set it upright, it does adjust and easily tightened. The included Allen wrench and tiny wrench were exactly right for the job. It really is well made, sturdy, and will last many years. Light enough to easily move if you need. It's perfect for weddings, gardens, and holiday decor. The end extensions for wind chimes or hanging baskets are nice. If you are in extremely windy location, secure with t-posts. The legs do stick in ground several inches. YES. I AM PLEASED WITH THIS PURCHASE. Vingli deserves recommendations for a fine job.

I bought this for my backyard. It was fairly easy to put together by myself. It looks nice, I put my butterfly bench under it, hung a solar wind chime from the top and I love the look.

I put this trellis together by myself in March 2026. One screw hole was cut, but wasn't popped out, but with a screwdriver and a lot of force, I was able to get it to pop out. That was really frustrating, and I thought I might have to take it all apart and return the whole thing, but luckily I was able to complete getting it screwed together. I place it in front of my backyard gate, planted a silver lace vine next to it, and hung up two solar lanterns on each side. Last pic is how it looks as of July 2026. I am very happy with this trellis. Birds really love perching on it too.

Nice trellis for garden, sturdy and stays put

Pretty but not super sturdy but also good for price point . Love the size. Directions for set up are not great. Should be divided into more steps and parts should be labeled with the corresponding letters that are on the diagram, which are hard to follow because so many steps are crunched into a small photo with letters all over the place
