What does Kyowa quality mean?

"The Kyowa Quality (KQ) brand consists of an extensive line of ultra-pure amino acids and related compounds supplied by KYOWA HAKKO BIO CO., LTD. (KYOWA), a global leader with over 60 years of manufacturing expertise and a reputation for rigorous quality assurance...." This is more of a self-branding by KYOWA than a recognized Quality standard. However, I have used this and it is a quality product and it works as a good L-Citrulline product should. I purchase many items from Doctor's Best and have never been disappointed.

Does l citruline act as viagra??

I wouldn't say that....but Citrulline is one of (and maybe the best) at producing NOS. This is what causes the blood vessels to expand for more blood flow. It has been reported than 2 grams of Citrulline in use with Pycogenol is just as effective as the prescription meds (like the one mentioned) but without side effects.
