How thick is the dark board?

It’s about 3/4 of an inch. I throw heavier darts, they hit a little heavy. But they don’t bounce out of the board.

Can i use under a covered patio exterior?

This dartboard is for indoor use only. The temperature/humidity fluctuations/moisture can damage the board.
