Great product
I often struggle with heartburn and tried tums etc. this product seems to work quickly and effectively. It works for bloat and heartburn worth the few dollars more

Very effective, magnesium based
These antacid/anti-gas tablets really work, and fast! They are very effective for heartburn, upset stomach, bloating, and acid reflux. They work almost instantly. Gelusil is one of the few are magnesium-based antacids (actually the only one I've found), which has the added benefit of the dietary supplement while helping with constipation. Highly recommend.
